DescriptionInstacoll HA provides slightly stronger adhesion for gold leaf with a weight of 20gm+. The application of Instacoll HA is the same as Instacoll Base with the exception of a slower drying time. HA must dry a minimum of 48 hours before it can be activated with Instacoll Activator HA.
